Racket Service Dublin is operated by Elmer van der Woude, a sole trader registered in Ireland (CRO: AC148311), based in Dublin. We provide professional tennis racket restringing, coaching, and video analysis services.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data that is necessary to deliver our services:

• WhatsApp bookings — your name and phone number when you contact us to book a restring or coaching session
• Receipt generator — your name and order details used to create your personalised digital receipt
• Video analysis — video footage you submit for coaching feedback (launching September 2026)
• Payment information — handled securely via Stripe when you pay for video analysis (launching September 2026). We never store your card details.

3. Why we collect it

We collect your data solely to deliver our services — booking restrings, sending digital receipts, and providing video analysis coaching feedback. We do not use your personal data for advertising, marketing campaigns, or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.

4. How we store and protect your data

• WhatsApp communications are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy
• Digital receipts are generated and stored securely on our platform
• Video footage submitted for analysis is deleted after feedback is delivered, unless you request otherwise
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never see or store your card details

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. Only essential technical cookies may be used to ensure the site functions correctly. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking tools.
