Yonex Tour Balls

What most Dublin clubs play with, and what I use in coaching. Holds pressure longer than the supermarket tins — you'll get three or four proper sessions before they go dead, instead of one.

Rule of thumb

Change it every 10–15 hours of play, or as soon as it goes shiny — a worn grip makes you squeeze harder without noticing, and that's what starts elbow trouble.
